  • Patient education
  • Lipid-based artificial tears (preserved) - if symptoms controlled with 4x/day administration.
  • Lipid-based artificial tears (non-preserved) - if symptoms controlled with 4x/day is required.
  • Warm compress therapy with heat-retention mask at least BID, PLUS
