Level III: Treatment: Lid margin disease / Blepharitis

Perform in-offce microblepharoexfoliation of lid margins

Initiate regular lid hygiene at least twice daily:

• Surfactant cleansers and lid wipes
• Hypochlorous solution

Consider topical antibiotic or antibiotic/corticosteroid combination for more recalcitrant cases

• Long term maintenance of eyelid health with restorative creams and/or gels

Consider dermatologic referral if examination suggest seborrhea, rosacea or related conditions
